Size: 6,500 sq. ft.
This project started with an existing house to be adapted to a dental clinic for a prominent dentist in the Greater Toronto Area, north of the city centre. The original building was gutted and reworked, using few of the original foundations and walls.
As the two-storey building was located in a residential neighbourhood, the mass of the building was broken down into a series of smaller vertical components to blend with the nearby buildings. The location on a corner lot allowed for a larger podium at ground level to extend to the secondary street, containing the waiting area and four offices in addition to the management and accounting office.
The upper floor includes a meeting room, staff lounge and kitchen with a large terrace, where the staff can relax in the milder seasons. The attic was turned into a private office for the Dentist that includes a full bathroom and resting area

The complex comprises 6,000 sq. ft. of healing facilities with indoor and outdoor spaces located on a hill above a lake on a 100 acres property that included a large lake.
The complex has been designed with BioGeometrical principles in order to have the best energy quality to enhance the healing process of the users. The construction is under way and completion date is planned for Fall 2012.

After having experienced the beneficial effects in other buildings that we have designed with BioGeometry®, the client, a well-known Naturopathic Doctor, requested that his clinic be designed with these principles.
The clinic occupies 8,000 sq. ft. of space at the ground and second floors of a mixed-use building. It includes a large reception and waiting room, three consultation offices, two treatment rooms, a laboratory for specimen tests, an "IV" room with nursing station, a spa with special sauna, two offices for management and accounting, and a lecture hall. The front section of the clinic is dedicated to naturopathic products, with a health bar and kitchen for special food preparation and healing teas.
The Doctors working in the clinic and the patients all acknowledge the sense of a peaceful environment with positive energy that helps the healing process in the clinic.
Mr. Alberghini was able to make all of his submissions and project work to us on time and was highly available and responsive to all requests. Most importantly, his use of BioGeometry® concepts has truly made a difference to my patients and staff.
Within the first month of occupying the space, staff commented on a general sense of health, and each person who enters the space comments on its peacefulness and professionalism. That sense of well-being has continued throughout the past year of being in this space.
